This Week in Story Time – Sweater Weather

Story Time is back starting today at 2pm with our new Spanish/English Bilingual Story Time! Both native English and Spanish speakers are encouraged to attend to improve bilingual literacy.

REMINDER: Toddler Time (Tuesdays) and Preschool Story Time (Fridays) will be starting at 10:15am instead of 10am from now on to give you parents some time to get to us.

This week we are going to be reading books and singing songs about Winter and Sweater Weather. Today it is a chilly 34 degrees out there with a high wind. Bundle up and venture out to see us. I promise, we will have a lot of fun!

Here are some of the books we will be reading this week:

Can’t wait? Try out this song at home. We will sing it in Friday’s Preschool Story Time.

Does Your Scarf Hang Low?

(Tune: Do Your Ears Hang Low?)

Does your scarf hang low?

Does it wobble to and fro?

Can you tie it in a knot? Can you tie it in a bow?

Can you throw it over your shoulder like a Continental Soldier?

Does your scarf hang low?

See you this week!
